Rabbi Yakov Danishefsky LCSW CSAT is the founder of Mind Body Therapy, a private group practice in Chicago, IL providing a variety of therapeutic services and specializing in treating trauma, sexual addictions, couples counseling, and eating disorders. Yakov is also the producer of Attached, an online podcast platform of guided meditations, Jewish learning, and psychological education. Attached is available on all podcasting platforms. Yakov is a popular speaker, teacher and author. His new book, Attached: Connecting to Our Creator, A Jewish Psychological Approach can be found on Amazon, Mosaica Press, and local Judaic book stores.

Rebbetzin Esti Hamilton is a teacher of Torah, spiritual mentor, and religious leader for thousands of students across the globe. Her widely acclaimed classes and seminars tackle contemporary issues through the lens of the eternal wisdom of the Jewish tradition, as well as modern psychology and psychotherapy. A renowned international teacher and motivational speaker for over twenty years, Rebbetzin Esti specialises in bringing her students closer to each other, closer to God, and ultimately closer to their true selves. Her prolific teaching schedule across four continents, her popular online lectures, and her highly influential presence on social media makes Rebbetzin Esti one of the most sought after and impactful female leaders in the Jewish world today.

Sunny Levi is one of ten female certified-seventh-degree black belts in the country. In addition to being a Taekwondo master and an elite athlete who was once on a path to the Olympics, she was also a professional actress, appearing in numerous commercials and films, and aspiring to work her way up to what she thought was “the top”: becoming a Hollywood star. Then Sunny made some major turns in her life. She is now is a mother of 6, personal fitness trainer, yoga and self-defense instructor, inspirational speaker, writer, emunah life coach and teacher of hitbodidut- personal prayer. In addition to coaching women and children both in person and online, Sunny also works as a martial arts therapist for Kids Kicking Cancer where she helps children with chronic illness overcome the fear and physical discomfort of their condition and treatment. Sunny is passionate about spreading emunah, eating clean, drinking green, hiking and talking to God. She and her family moved from Chicago to Scottsdale, Arizona.
