Cancellation Policy
Note the cancellation terms below refer to trip land costs only.
- Deposit is non-refundable,
non-transferable.
- Final payment due 30 days prior to departure.
- Cancellation fee within 30 days of departure is 100% of total charges.
- Cancellations fee 31 - 60 days before departure is 75% of total charges.
- Cancellation fee 61 - 90 days before departure is 50% of total charges.
- Cancellation fee 91 days or more before departure is loss of deposit.
In the event of a cancellation, the Chizuk Mission reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to fill the vacated spot based on waiting list priority. Priority will be given to individuals on the waiting list.
Trip Capacity and Date Change Restrictions
• If a trip fills to capacity, a waiting list will be established.
• In the event that another trip date is added to accommodate demand, participants who have already reserved a spot cannot switch to the newly added date. Participants must remain booked on their original trip.
• Once a trip date is confirmed, participants are not permitted to transfer to another date. If you are unable to attend the scheduled trip, your current reservation must be canceled. The initial deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a spot on a future trip, subject to availability.
Chizuk Mission’s Discretion on Changes
The Chizuk Mission may, at its sole discretion, make changes to trip dates, itineraries, and participant assignments only when necessary for operational needs or the benefit of the organization.
Participants will not be moved to a different trip date without their consent. However, if a participant requests to switch trips and it aligns with the organization’s operational needs, the Chizuk Mission reserves the right to approve such changes at its discretion.
Hotel Information
•The trip begins at 9am on Tuesday, February 25th in Jerusalem.
• Hotel rooms (based on double occupancy) are included beginning
Tuesday night February 25 - Monday March 3 (check-out in the morning)
• Single hotel room requests (supplements) are based on availability, first come first serve. The single room supplement is $1,050.
• Pre and Post trip hotel extensions will be available and can be arranged by the Chizuk Mission/GoInspire
Misc.
• Transportation to Ben Gurion is provided upon departure from Israel at the conclusion of the trip, (March 3rd)
• Itinerary is subject to change.
• Tips are not included in registration, $100. Must be given during trip us cash (US dollars). Tips are distributed to the madreich, bus driver and other Israeli service providers.
• Not all meals are included in the registration fee, check the trip outline for details.
• Medical insurance is included for the duration of the trip.
Travel
• It is recommended to purchased airline tickets through EL AL that are refundable/changeable.
• A valid passport (cannot expire within 6 months of travel date) must be supplied at time of booking,
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended, Go Inspire offers traveler’ insurance which can be obtained at
